Book Cover Competition!! – CLOSED

Hi again, Badgers!

Those of you who have been following my blog for a while now will probably know about a story in progress that I have been posting called Your Secret’s Safe With Me.  As it is a story for NaNoWriMo, I thought it would be nice to have a cover for it, but no ideas were coming to me.  This is where YOU come in!  I am going to be running a little competition thing here on my blog where you get to design the cover!  The winning cover will be put on my page on NaNoWriMo and the designer will be notified!  I will also put the cover up on my blog.  The closing date for entries will be 19th June 2015 at 23:00 UK time, which gives anyone who wants to enter two months and a bit to finish.

The rules for this competition are:

• No copyrighted material (eg. photos, backgrounds); we don’t want to get into trouble!
• It must be your own work, so don’t get someone to do it for you (although you can have a bit of help if you need it!)
• The title must be on the cover
• It can be made in any way (eg. computer, painted, drawn, etc.)
• The finished file must be 300 x 200 and under 50KB in size for me to be able to upload it

As a starting point, here is the blurb:

“Hi, I’m Sam. Before you start reading, there’s one thing you should know about me: I’m not your average thirteen-year-old. In fact, I don’t think there’s really anything that average about me…”
Now, you may be wondering why this is, so here’s why. First of all, she’s taller than average, but that’s not the main thing. She leads a double life. The thing is nobody knows this, not even her family. Sometimes it’s hard to keep her secret safe, and she’s had her fair share of close calls in her time, but she still just manages to get away with it all. How will she cope with keeping her secret? Or does somebody already know?
