Weekly Wrap-Up #25

Bonjour, my lovely bloggy people! 😀

Soooo, it’s September now and it took me three tries to type September correctly and it feels weird.  Where is the year going?!?!  It’s also Tuesday, which means that this wrap-up is very late.  I actually meant to do it yesterday, as it was a bank holiday over here in the UK, but I was poorly, so just kinda stayed in bed for most of the day (I won’t go into the details because it was horrid). Hey, at least I’m getting round to it eventually!

Anyway, I’d better stop rambling now; it’s time for me to wrap up my week!

Posting:

Just one post this week, sorry!  I really need to do some more tags and awards soon, as I have 8 things down on my sticky notes, and possibly more to come! (ALSO: I feel like this is a good time to ask you to tell me if you’ve nominated me for anything AT ALL that I haven’t done yet!  I often get very behind with reading posts so may not have seen if you’ve nominated me!)

Comments likes and pingbacks (oh my!):

As of 22:06 on the 1st September 2015, this week’s post got 14 comments/pingbacks and 18 likes!  THANK YOUUUUUU!!! ❤

General life stuff:

  • I went to the WB Harry Potter Studio Tour and ASDFGHJKL IT WAS SO AMAZING (You should have seen me though.  I was literally jumping up and down in the queue making weird squeaky excited noises.)
  • I had actual Butterbeer and it is now my favourite drink ever because it is delicious
  • I got a book that I’d won in a giveaway from the Blog Olympics (hosted by An Overthinking Teen and Emily) and it is sooo cute!!  Big thanks again to them! 🙂
  • Twitter changed and it’s weird and I’m still not quite used to it.
  • Facebook is still confusing.
  • I went shopping and bought lots of pretty things! 😀
  • I AM LATE FOR HOGWARTS OOPS (Haha, I wish I was going.  Oh well, a girl can dream!)

What did you get up to this week?  Feel free to let me know in the comments! 🙂

xx Elly xx

    1. OMG I’D BE IN THIRD YEAR TOO! How cool is that?!

I was so excited when I saw that James Sirius would be starting! J.K. Rowling tweeted that he was sorted into Gryffindor, and that Teddy Lupin was Head Boy (and a Hufflepuff too!!) and the entire fandom kinda freaked out. (I don’t know whether you have Twitter or not so sorry if you already knew!)

Thank you for your lovely comment! xx

        1. I know, right?! Everyone is like, at least 15 or if not like 18 or something. I mean, not that I have a problem with that – I tend to get along with most people (and apparently these people sometimes think I am adorable) – it’s just weird being the awkward young one in everything and having to explain that. Argh. Please say you understand? (Although it’s like twenty to 1 in the morning here right now so I may not even be making sense. In which case, please feel free to tell me; I won’t be offended.)

          ☺️

            1. Yup, I am in the UK! Sleeping isn’t working right now. My brain just wants to stay awake and scroll through Twitter.

Also, that should be a thing! The awkward young bloggy people club, or something 😝

    1. I did see some people dressed up, although I just had a T-Shirt and necklace on! There was THE CUTEST little boy dressed up as Harry and I could’ve died from cuteness!

      Thanks for commenting! x

  1. LOL on the Twitter and Facebook thing. Also, I saw your pictures from Hogwarts aND I AM SO JEALOUS! I went to Universal Studios Hollywood but the HP world wasn’t open yet :(. Next spring! My sister’s friend also went to London and went to the one there and she said it was awesome. I missed the Hogwarts train too! I wore my Hogwarts shirt today though 😉

    1. Aww, I’m sure you’ll get to go to the studios someday! Bring lots of money if you do, though, as things aren’t the cheapest and you may or may not want to buy ALL THE PHOTOS because they’re so awesome! 😝

There’s loads of us who’ve missed it, actually. We’ll have to try and find a flying car or some Thestrals!

      Thanks for commenting! x

You should definitely go if you get a chance, but be sure to bring A LOT of money as you’ll probably need it!

      1. I know, it really annoys me that none of my friends like Harry Potter! They don’t get it when I’m rambling on about it!! And that’s so sweet, don’t feel like you have to, but thank you!xx

        1. I’m lucky that my friends are also fans, but that must be so annoying for you!

I’ve just followed you, by the way! You seem really nice and it’s lovely that you took the time to not only read my posts but comment too! xx
