Who am I REALLY?

Helloooooo!

I’m finally back again, and this time with the ‘Who Am I?‘ tag! The extremely lovely Eve from Twist In The Taile (I still love her blog name so much omg) and it looks SUPER FUN! It also means you lot can be nosy and find out ALL THE THINGS about me. Well, not quite all of them, but a fair few. BUT ANYWAY! I’ll get started, shall I? 🙂

What is the meaning of your name?

Well, according to various results on Google, Elly is an Irish girls’ name derived from names like Evelyn and Eileen (never knew that so that’s cool), and it means ‘light’. So that’s cute! My name is actually short for Eleanor, which is of Greek origin, and also means ‘light’.

As for the slightly unusual spelling, apparently my dad chose it as opposed to Ellie, so there’s a little random fact about me for you! 🙂

What is your Myers Briggs personality type?

Like Eve, who tagged me (and apparently Evi and Nirvana who I also know of), I am an INFP! I actually took this test because of a friend a couple of years back, but I got a different result, so either I didn’t answer completely honestly because there was someone watching me, or I’ve changed quite a bit since. (I think I was an ESFP before, but I can’t be sure. I was one of the yellow ones on that website, haha)

Apparently only about 4% of people are INFPs, which I’d say is pretty cool. Being an INFP means that I am supposedly idealistic, gifted with languages, creative, and that I don’t like criticism, which I’d say are relatively true! According to ~the internet~ some famous INFPs are/were William Shakespeare (YASS), J.R.R. Tolkien, Johnny Depp, and Audrey Hepburn, which is cool!

What is your zodiac sign?

ROAR! I’m a lion!

I’m a Leo, which supposedly means I’m ambitious, creative, strong and a natural born leader. Not really me, to be honest, but then again I don’t tend to relate to the ~proper official~ horoscope thingies. The Tumblr ones that pop up all over Pinterest seem to get me, though, which is funny!

When I first saw this question, I though ‘Oh no, how am I supposed to know this?!’ mainly because I JUST LEARN STUFF, but then I saw the quiz and it was all okay!

Apparently this means that I “have a multimodal learning preference”, like Eve!

I would actually love to be a writer, though! Plus, this links to my Myers Briggs personality type, because INFPs are supposed to be good writers!

First of all – and please don’t kill me for this! – I haven’t actually read or watched Divergent AS OF YET. I do own the books, though!

I’m the firstborn child in my family, which apparently means I’m ambitious, responsible and a natural leader (similarly to my star sign, actually). It is also supposed to mean that I have two to three more IQ points than my younger brother. TAKE THAT, ALEX! HA!
